This patch changes the termcap TTY port to use dark gray instead of blue for
things that should be coloured black.  No heed is given to 3-bit terminals
which will display the affected things as BLACK ON BLACK (ie, invisible). 

The only such terminal I know of is Red Hat text console -- Debian's console
works correctly both in SVGATextMode and fbdev modes, same applies to all
xterms, rxvts, aterms, wterms, konsoles, gnome-terminals, PuTTYs and
everything else I've put my hands on.
