This patch fixes bone (BUT NOT _SAVE_) compatibility broken by the conducts
patch.  It uses a nasty hack to work around the magic number check by
ignoring the structures that don't affect bones (VERSION_SANITY2&0x3ff) and
faking the signature on bone files to match the one expected by the official
binaries.

IT DOES NOT RESTORE _SAVE_ COMPATIBILITY.
